Thank you Joshua for clarifying what I already felt -- we need to get organized! Especially in the west, we all need to be activists, communicators, educators, neighbors for the sake of everyone.... voting won't save us when our government is proving it has no moral backbone. I'm telling everyone I know what I think: activism in all it forms is more imperative than ever. Civic engagement + civic love are powerful forces we wield.
I think it is clear that regardless of who gets elected as President by the end of this year, the movement to build the power to counteract this long-standing power of destruction must go on well past the elections.
